$170* per Couple – To Reserve your spot, a Non-Refundable Deposit of $50 Per Couple will be applied towards your case purchase the day of.

• Mix & Match Case of Wine *Pricing is dependent on what wines you choose for your case. Minimum case pricing is $170 exclusive of tax & gratuities. This event is only available to participants ages 21+.

Grape Stomp activity consists of teams of two guests per wine barrel filled with grapes. One person is the stomper (dress appropriately) and the other makes sure the empty wine bottle is placed under the spigot at the bottom of the barrel. There are up to 12 teams competing in each time slot and for each time slot the team whose wine bottle is filled first will win a bottle of wine. Only one winner per time slot heat.

Regarding the price of admission. The fifty dollar deposit is to hold your teams place in the selected time slot and goes towards the purchase of the case of wine (12 bottles) that each team must purchase in order to be in the Grape Stomp. Included in the event each person will receive a 5 item tasting, so that they can agree on what wines they wish to purchase as their case. Cases can either be of a single wine or can be a custom mixed assorted case.

The South Coast Winery – Resort & Spa wine servers / educators are present and they conduct the tasting with our entrants.

Once the case of wine to be purchased and has been paid for your team is ready to enter the competition.

(1:00 pm) The time slot indicates the requested arrival time for the teams and then it takes roughly an hour for all of the entrants to go through their tastings.

Next comes the Grape Stomping. The actual stomping is roughly 5 – 10 minutes to fill the empty wine bottles.
That is essentially the layout of particulars for the event.
